Individual Therapy

We all have experiences that hold us back. Some we can manage. Others are more difficult.

Perhaps we experience memories from our past. Some we are aware of most of the time. Others are pressed back and almost forgotten. Yet, the pain of them haunts us.

Others are things we have no control over. Some are imbalances in our brains that require medication and special management.

In both, we may need to change our relationships to those experiences so we can find the freedom to move forward.

Couple’s Therapy

We fall in love. We start with the best of intentions. Over time, things get in the way. Perhaps they are troubling things from our past. We may either have stopped or failed to see and understand where we individually still need to grow up. There can even be characteristics about ourselves and our partners that seem beyond our control.

No matter the source, we aren’t getting along. We aren’t working as a team. We need help.

Couple’s therapy can help you and your partner gain insight into what gets in the way and gain the skills you need to live better today and walk together toward a brighter future.

Coaching

Perhaps you prefer to focus on insight into your personal strengths and tendencies or skills to help you move toward your future. Coaching may be a suitable option.

Unlike therapy, coaching involves minimal examination of your past and focuses mostly on your strengths, values, and tendencies to help you gain insight into your capacities and skills to help you move forward toward your future.

Currently, I offer a broad variety of tools to help you including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) for individuals and couples. Other packages are under development. All packages can be customized to fit your needs.

Pricing

Therapy services can either be covered by insurance or you can pay on your own. Please check with your insurance provider to clarify what costs may be your responsibility.

Coaching costs are based upon your needs and desires. You can pay per session. You may also choose a bundled price for multiple sessions.

My standard fee is $125 per hour.
